Spelt Bread

Recipe via Sharon Heath

Layer in bottom of bread machine pan:
     1 tsp salt
     2 TBSP honey
     2 TBSP oil
     1 1/2 cup water
     3 3/4 cups spelt flour

Make well in center of flour and add
     1 tsp instant yeast

Bread machine setting:
     Rapid

May add pumpkin oor sunflower seeds
May substitute some of the spelt flour for whole wheat or soy flour
