Favorite Baked Chicken


Recipe via Shirley Asplund

Chicken breasts or pieces
Flour
Salt and pepper
Cream

Coat chicken with flour.
Place in skillet.
Fry in oil or butter till golden brown on both sides.
Place in roaster.
Salt and pepper
Pour cream on top.
Bake in 325* oven for 2 hours

Serve with cranberries, baked potato, salad.
