Ham & Potato Soup

Recipe via Joyce
1/4 cup margarine melted
Saute desired amount of onion
Whisk in 1/2 cup flour
Add 4 cups milk and thicken

Cook ~ 8 cups cubed potatoes in 4 cups of chicken broth
Add 2 cups chopped ham

Combine with milk mixture
Add deired amount of salt if needed

* You may also add chopped celery to onion saute
Enjoy!!
