Superb chicken - so tender!!
In pressure cooker:
Brown chicken
Saute:
diced onion
1 can diced tomatoes
2 -3 garlic cloves pressed
1/2 - 1 cup water
salt
Cook 10 - 15 minutes on pressure of 6
Serve with rice
