Recipe via Patti Miller
A CHOCOLATE SAUCE LIKE NO OTHER!!
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup whipping cream
3 Squares of semi-sweet chocolate (singles)
A pinch of salt
Cook over high heat until dissolved
Then turn down to medium and let boil 3 to 5 minutes
Depending how thick you like it
To make a larger amount
3cups white sugar
1quart whipping cream
10 squares semi-sweet chocolate
A pinch of salt
Add extra single chocolate if I need more chocolatey taste
