Recipe via Nellie Nilsson
10 - 12 chicken pieces (or breasts)
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
dash thyme
Coat chicken in mixture and fry in butter or marg
Place chicken in baking dish
Make a white sauce from the following:
Melt 5 TBSP butter
Add 1/4 cup chopped onion
Left over flour
1 cup chicken stock (from can or from chicken soup base powder)
1/4 cup lemon juice
Bring to a boil and add 1/2 cup cream
Pour over chicken and bake @ 350* for 1 hour
Can be pre-cooked and then frozen Thaw and reheat.
