Recipe via Carol Laycock
6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups crused Ritz crackers
1/2 cup margarine
2 TBSP poppy seeds
In a 9 x 13 inch casserole, place chicken breasts.
Pour mixtue of soup and sour cream over the chicken.
Lightly brown Ritz crackers in margarine and sprinkle them atop sauce-covered chicken.
Sprinkle poppy seeds over all. Bake 1 hour @ 350*
