Recipe via Pam Cook
4 Cups ~ Quick Oats (rolled oats) 1 tsp ~ Vanilla
1 Cup ~ Brown Sugar (packed)
½ Cup ~ Shredded Coconut
1 Cup ~ Chopped Almonds
1 Cup ~ Milk Chocolate Chips
¾ Cup ~ Melted Marg.
½ Cup ~ Honey
(1 Cup ~ Rice Krispies) Mine didn’t have any
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well,
I use parchment paper on the bottom of a large cookie sheet,
Grease hands well and press hard onto the cookie sheet
Bake 450* for about 8-10 minutes (until it is light brown)
