Homemade Granola


Recipe via Terri Ontkean

Mix together:
     6 cups rolled oats
     1/2 cup sweetened coconut
     3/4 cup wheat germ
     1/4 cup unprocessed bran
     1/4 cup sesame seeds
     1/2 cup chopped nuts
     raisins (optional)

Mix together and pour over dry ingredients above:
     1/2 cup honey
     1/2 cup oil
     1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Bake half mixture at a time - Bake @ 350* for 12 - 15 minutes - stirring often
