Recipe via Shannon Fletcher
In bowl combine:
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup flour
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup melted butter
Stir to from a crumbly mixture
Pat 1/2 mixture into bottom of 9 x 9 baking pan
Combine:
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
Spread mixture on top and sprinkle with remaining crumbs
Bake @ 350* (325* if glass pan)
25 - 30 minutes until lightly browned
Cool thoroughly before cutting
