Recipe via Chalsie
Fry in pan:
3 TBSP butter
1 onion diced
1 cup long grain rice
1 ½ cups hot chicken stock
2 TBSP lemon juice
1 lemon grated
Salt & pepper
Almonds - sliced
Parsley
Once onions are fried – Add rest of ingredients & cook covered on medium heat for
20 -25 minutes
