Caramel Roasted Butternut Squash

Love this variation
Cube squash or sweet potatoes

TBSP butter melted and cooled
1/4 cup light Brown sugar packed
Sprinkle with Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
Bake @375* for 30 min
