Recipe via Barb Kime
Allow 5 or 6 wings per person. Romove tip of wing with kitchen shears.
Place wings on a baking sheet with 1" sides.
Make this sauce in a pan: (sufficient for 30 wings)
1 cup butter
1/2 cup honey
4 or 5 TBSP prepared mustard
2 tsp curry powder or add more to taste
Pour sacue over the wings, making sure all are coated.
If you are making a lot of wings, you may wish to double the recipe.
Bake wing @ 325* until done, one hour or less.
